Gulf Coast Inspection Group Offers both weekly and biweekly home watch checks in your home! With our vast knowledge in home inspections, we are a step above the rest! Each home visit we will complete our check list which goes room to room in your home checking for a multitude of issues that may occur. After each home check we will send you a detailed report on our home check visit including pictures of any discoveries. Our home watch team will act in your best interest always. This means that when emergency situations in your home occur you can rely on us to be there as well! Certified, Bonded & Insured! We are also members of the National Home Watch Association. This holds us to a much higher standard as a home watch team!
Authorized Key Access-  This means if give us written authorization to grant someone access to your home, we will meet them at your property and give them the keys. We can also meet them when they are departing to secure home and obtain keys back. This service is great for renters, family members, friends etc.
Do you own a rental? We’ve got you covered! Our rental watch service includes any type of check in you made need. Whether it is performing a detailed walk through after a renter departs, checking for missing or damaged items, performing an additional check after your cleaning crew has come through to ensure your property is ready for your next renters. This is service is completely customizable to your needs!
Supervised Access- our home watch team is also available to oversee any contractors needing authorized access to your property while your away. This service includes granting authorized contractor access to the property, overseeing contractor task and locking up when finished. This service is offered at an hour rate.  After hours calls are also available! When it comes to emergencies they do not run 9-5 and neither do we! If you need our services after 5pm M-F or on weekends we will be there for you at our after hours rates.  

 We know coming from out of town and trying to get your home in order after a long trip is the last thing you want to do. Let us take that burden from you! Services include:

 Let us be there when you cannot! Having a home built is a huge investment and can be super stressful when you are out of town! We can be on site to check in through your building process. After a walk through on site we will compose a report of what was being worked on at time of check. Can take updated photos of the process so you can feel assured that your home is moving along the way you intended!  If you do not already own the property please get permission from builder in writing to grant your home watch team access!

 Gulf Coast Inspection Group recommends that your storm shutters be installed once a hurricane watch is issued where your property is located per the National Hurricane Center. For our Home Watch clients you will receive an email that we advise your storm shutters to be installed. If you would like to get on our storm prep schedule simply respond that you want to be scheduled! Storm shutter installs are $20 per standard window and $25 per standard sliding door panel. For larger windows and doors we can offer a free quote. Please have all parts to your shutters ready to go! We also offer storm prep services such as moving furniture indoors for the storm etc. these prices vary on the amount of items and can also be quoted at no cost to you!
